When you invite your friend to Ship.com, and they subscribe to Executive, you’ll both get your next month free! 

Quick Overview

Here’s the deal:

  • New customers only: Your referral must be new to Ship.com
  • Executive required: Your referral must activate an Executive subscription (either after a free trial or through a partner signup)
  • They get: 1 free month (next month)
  • You get: 1 free month (next month)
  • Limit: You can earn this reward up to 3 times

Who Qualifies?

Your friend (the one you refer)

To unlock the free month, your friend must:

  • Sign up using your referral link, then
  • Activate an Executive subscription by either:
    • Starting with a free trial and subscribing to Executive after the trial, or
    • Signing up through an approved partner-branded signup, where the subscription is billed immediately

✅ Once their Executive subscription is successfully activated, their next month is free.

You (the one doing the referring)

To receive your free month, you must have an active subscription on:

  • Starter
  • Growth
  • Executive

🚫 Ultra does not qualify for the free-month reward.

 

How It Works (Step-by-Step)

  1. Find your referral link
    • Desktop: Bottom of the left-side navigation menu
    • Mobile: Tap the Referral Program button at the top right
  2. Share your link
    Send it to a friend (email, text, socials, wherever you like).
  3. Your friend signs up + activates Executive
    • Most customers start with a free trial, then convert after the trial
    • Some partner signups start as paid immediately
  4. Either way, the referral reward is triggered once they subscribe to the Executive subscription.
  5. Free months are applied
    • Your friend gets their next month free
    • You get your next month free

How You’ll Know It Worked

After your friend activates Executive:

  • Your friend will see a pop-up confirming they unlocked a free month
  • Your friend will also receive an email confirmation
  • You will receive an email notification letting you know you earned your free month

When do we get the free month?

After your referral successfully activates an Executive subscription (either after a free trial or via a partner signup where they are billed immediately). The free month applies to the next billing month.

How many times can I earn free months?

What if I’m on the Ultra plan?

Ultra subscribers do not qualify for the free-month reward.
