Use this guide if you previously set up Square invoice forwarding from Outlook on the web to Ship.com and now want to turn it off.
Turn off the forwarding rule in Outlook Web App

Sign in to Outlook on the web
Open your browser and log into the same Outlook account where you originally set up the Square → Ship.com forwarding rule. -
Open the Rules settings

Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper-right corner.

At the bottom of the panel, click “View all Outlook settings.”

Go to Mail → Rules.

Find the Square forwarding rule
Look for a rule with a name like “Ship.com Square Invoice Forwarding” (or whatever name you chose), and/or:-
Condition: From
invoicing@messaging.squareup.com -
Action: Forward to your Ship.com forwarding address.

Turn the rule off (to pause forwarding)

To temporarily stop forwarding, toggle the switch off next to that rule.

Click Save if prompted.

Delete the rule (to fully remove forwarding)

To permanently stop forwarding, select the rule and click the trash can / Delete icon.

Confirm that you want to delete the rule.

Click Save.

Once this rule is turned off or deleted, new Square invoices will no longer be forwarded to Ship.com from this Outlook Web App account. Any orders already imported into Ship.com will remain there.
