This new feature gives you better control over your customer database and helps you maintain a clean, up-to-date customer list.

Simply go to the "Customers" tab, double-click on a customer, and choose "Delete Customer" from the bottom.

USPS is adjusting shipping rates to 17,000 rural five-digit ZIP codes on September 16th.

The affected zip codes will transition to standard commercial pricing, which is still a significant discount compared to retail rates.

While these changes are unavoidable, you can be sure that you’re always getting the lowest USPS & UPS rates available using Ship.com. ✅

USPS RATE UPDATES
USPS Rate Changes going into effect on January 21st, 2024 

Priority Mail Flat Rate discounts are here!
USPS added this service back to their Connect eCommerce program, which means all Ship.com users get access to our special price, with rates up to $2.34 cheaper than Commercial Pricing.
Priority Mail is getting up to $16.01 cheaper for packages that weigh less than 20 lb (depending on the size and distance traveled).

Ground Advantage is increasing by up to 29 cents for packages that weigh less than 1 lb. For packages that weigh 1-20 lb, there might be a small increase depending on the distance traveled.
Signature Confirmation is increasing to $3.50.

Ship.com is committed to offering you the lowest shipping rates in the US, up to 89% off compared to Commercial Pricing.

UPS Rate Changes are Going into Effect February 4, 2024
UPS Air and Ground services on Ship.com are increasing 5.9% effective on February 4, 2024. UPS is a Premium carrier and offers a deeply discounted premium product to merchants on Ship.com. Take advantage of savings of up to 77% off on UPS® Ground shipments, up to 73% for UPS 2nd Day Air® service, 72% for UPS Next Day Air® service and up to 83% off international services.

When you choose UPS on Ship.com you access a premium shipping experience including discounted pricing, no volume requirement, reliable service, guaranteed delivery on air services, and leading on-time delivery (per ShipMatrix Report). It is to continue offering the best-in-class service you and your buyers are used to receiving from UPS that announced a 5.9% increase to their air and ground services on Ship.com.

Are you ready to break all your sales records in the busiest shipping season of the year? Mark down the following dates to make sure your customers receive their USPS orders by Christmas (December 25th)!
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Ship by December 16th
  • USPS Priority Mail: Ship by December 18th
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Ship by December 20th
 New USPS Rates effective on 11/18
  • Ground Advantage is decreasing up to 16% in zones 1-5, depending on the size and weight of your package.
  • Priority Mail Flat Rate is increasing up to 6% because sadly, USPS decided to remove this service from the Connect eCommerce program.
  • Weight-Based Priority Mail is increasing up to 10% in zones 1-4.
  • Dimension-Based Priority Mail Cubic is increasing up to 23% in zones 1-4 for tiers 0.40 and 0.50. This means the largest package sizes for this service are getting more expensive in the lowest zones.
Despite these changes, there will be no Holiday Surcharges this year! Ship.com is still offering you the lowest shipping rates available, thanks to the USPS Connect eCommerce program, which provides us discounts below their published Commercial Pricing levels. Time to gear up for the holiday season!
