Account Questions

How do I get a copy of my receipt from Ship.com?

You will receive an email copy of your receipts, and you can easily find a record through your Reports. Just head over to your Settings Page and click on Billing Settings. There, you'll find your Payment History, where you can easily view or print your receipts whenever you want. No more hunting through your inbox. It's all conveniently located in one place!


What is your refund policy?

If you decide to cancel your account, we've got a refund policy that covers your shipping balance. You can get a full refund on that, no problem! However, when it comes to your subscription payment, we can't offer a refund for that, sorry.

But here's the good news: even after you hit that cancel button, you'll still have full access to your account until the payment period runs its course. So, no rush! You can enjoy all the perks until your subscription officially expires.

How do I update my email?

You can easily update your email from your Settings.  This would be found by going to your Settings icon found in the left navigation bar.

Can I get more labels but stay on my current subscription?

When you reach the limit of your current plan and find yourself shipping more than usual, don't worry. You can simply add extra labels for the an additional 10$ for the month without upgrading your subscription. It's quick, easy, and affordable!


How much does it cost to use Ship.com?

When it comes to payment, Ship.com has got you covered with two parts: subscription and postage. Let's break it down for you.

For subscriptions, we offer three tiers to match your needs. We have the Starter tier, that is $5 a month.  If you need a bit more oomph, there's the Growth tier for $19 a month or the Executive tier for $29 a month. For the price of postage, it will vary based on the size and weight of your package, as well as the carrier you choose. But here's the exciting part: You'll always spend less than you would at the Post Office when using Ship.com.


What are the different subscription options?

We offer three unique subscription packages to accommodate the varying needs of our users.  Our Starter package is a great option for those who are getting all the basics to kickstart your business. Our Growth package gives you the essential features but also some fantastic marketing options to help your business thrive. Our Executive package is your golden ticket. What is the difference between an annual and monthly subscription?

The choice is yours. Go for the annual subscription and save 25% on your subscription fee while enjoying a payment break until next year. Or opt for the monthly subscription and keep the party going month after month. Either way, we're here to make your subscription a delightful experience


How do I cancel my subscription?
If you are ready to cancel just go to your Billing Settings page and click the button on the bottom of the page to cancel your subscription!
