For those on the Executive subscription, you can choose to CC yourself on each tracking email sent. This helps you know that your tracking emails are getting sent properly AND allows you to easily forward to any customers who cannot find their email.
To enable this, you can go to your email settings. Click 'Connect' on the left navigation bar and then 'Email Settings' in the upper right corner. From there you can choose the option "CC tracking emails to yourself." By selecting this option, you will receive a copy of all tracking emails sent to your customers.
