Can I upload a CSV of my orders?
Learn how to easily upload a CSV file with multiple orders for easier label purchasing.
If you do not have a connected store, or if your orders are not importing automatically, you can upload them into Ship.com using a CSV file.
Watch how to upload your orders with a CSV file and quickly create shipping labels with this simple step-by-step tutorial.
To do this, go to your Orders page and click Download CSV Template. Open the template, enter your order information in the file, save it, then go back to the Orders page and click Upload CSV to import it.
It is important that the file format stays the same. Do not change the headers in the template. Each order should be entered on its own row, and the required customer and shipping information must be filled in correctly. If the format is changed, the file may not upload properly.
How should I format the CSV file?
Using the template is recommended to avoid errors.
Make sure:
- All required columns are filled out
- The headers are not changed or removed
- Each row represents an order
If the format is incorrect, the upload may fail.
How do I upload the CSV file?
To upload your CSV file for shipping, let's head over to the Ship/Orders page – you'll find it on the left-hand side of your navigation bar. Once you're there, keep an eye out for a button labeled "Upload CSV" or "Sync." If you only see "Sync," no worries! Just click on the little arrow pointing downwards, and you'll uncover the option to upload your CSV.
Once you've located the "Upload CSV" button, go ahead and give it a click. From here, you can pick the correct file from your computer and upload it. If your file is on the larger side, it might take up to five minutes for all the orders to load. But don't fret, most orders should pop up in less than a minute.

LuLaRoe (Bless) Orders
If you are using LuLaRoe Bless, you can export your orders and upload them directly into Ship.com.
Log into Bless, then use the top navigation bar to click Sales and select Complete Orders from the dropdown menu.

The first time you export, you can include older orders along with current ones. For future exports, make sure the correct month is selected before downloading your file.
To export the file, click the purple CSV button under Export Options. This will download the CSV file to your computer.

Do not select “Shipping Easy” as an export option. While it may work, it does not include important details such as payment status.
Once downloaded, upload this file into Ship.com from your Orders page using the Upload CSV option.
Do not modify the file before uploading. Ship.com will automatically filter out any duplicate or previously imported orders.
PayPal Orders
If you are using PayPal, you can also import orders by CSV. Export your order or transaction file from PayPal, then review it carefully before uploading. The file must include the customer’s shipping details and match the Ship.com format. If the PayPal export does not match the template, the safest option is to paste the information into the Ship.com CSV template and upload that instead.
Why am I getting an error message?
If you're getting an error message, there could be a few reasons. First off, ensure that your file is saved as a CSV format. It's also important to double-check that there are no extra columns lurking around, there are no symbols in the file ($, -, * etc), and that all the data neatly fits within the designated columns.
If you've done all that and you're still facing hurdles, don't worry! Just shoot a message over to help@ship.com with the file you're trying to upload. Our friendly support team will be more than happy to give you a hand and guide you through the process. We're committed to making sure you have a smooth experience every step of the way!
