Customer data is automatically imported into Ship.com along with order data. We keep this information in your Customers tab located along the left navigation bar.

Behold the realm of customers, where the power of email addresses reigns supreme! Within this realm, it's not uncommon for a customer to have multiple entries on your Customers tab. This can occur when a user submits a new email address or leaves their email address blank during checkout. Fear not, for you can tidy up your customers with a touch of magic!

First, seek out the primary customer, the chosen one whose data shall serve as the beacon for merging customers. Once found, venture forth and click into their name to unveil their glorious order history. Lo and behold, in the bottom left corner of the modal, a button shall emerge, bearing the sacred words 'Merge Similar.'

Embrace the power of the button! When thou dost click upon it, a grand search shall commence. It is a search for customers akin to the noble primary customer thou hast chosen. Through the realms of names, email addresses, phone numbers, and shipping addresses, we shall tirelessly seek all possible similar customers. No stone shall be left unturned, for unity and consolidation are our goals.
