To forward emails to your Ship.com desktop application for automatic order importing, you'll need your Ship.com Forwarding Address. After you have your Ship.com Forwarding Address you can follow your corresponding brand or payment method setup instructions within our tutorials.
We recommend using a desktop or laptop to complete the following steps
- Log into your Ship.com desktop account.
- Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar.
- On the settings page, click the Integrations tab, then find the ‘Forwarding Emails to Ship.com’ section.
- Click the “COPY” button next to your Ship.com Forwarding address.
Voila! You now have a copy of your Ship.com Forwarding address ready to paste into your email forwarding.
