How do I process a refund on a shipping label?

When you cancel a shipping label in our system, it initiates a pending cancellation process. After a waiting period of 7 days, the funds for the canceled label will be automatically added back to your account. If you have any doubts or uncertainties about whether the funds were successfully returned, you can easily verify by checking your Reports section, where you'll find the necessary information regarding the refund.

When you cancel an order and its associated shipping label, you will notice that the shipping label status changes to "Cancel Pending." After a period of 7 days, a new entry will appear in your Reports section, indicating that the funds for the canceled label have been returned to your account
