Ship.com now offers two new features to enhance your shipping experience. When purchasing a shipping label, you can view your recent shipping options and choose to save your preferred shipping settings for added convenience.
Recent Shipping
The "Recent Shipping" feature displays the last ten packages you’ve purchased through our system. Each entry includes any additional options selected during the original purchase. If you frequently use the same package type for orders, this feature provides a convenient way to quickly purchase a shipping label for two separate shipments requiring identical shipping details:
Saved Shipping
To create a new saved shipping option, you must first have a recent shipment of the desired shipping type. Simply click the star icon next to the customer's name in the Recent Shipping section to save the selected shipping option.
Make sure that you name your shipping option something unique! You can also choose additional options here, including how you'd like the label formatted. Once you’re confident the shipping information is correct, click "Name Saved Shipping."
To view your saved shipping options, go to 'Saved Shipping.' You can also edit the shipping option, including any additional details or renaming it, by clicking the pencil icon next to the saved shipping name.
