Do I need to sign up with Ship.com before I can link my account?Yes, you do. When you decide to create your Ship.com account, you'll have the option to connect your store. You can either link the accounts right away or take your time exploring your new account before making the connection. It's all up to you!
Can I sync multiple stores to Ship.com?
Of course! You're welcome to link several Squarespace accounts to your Ship.com account. Once you've successfully linked your initial account, simply head over to the Settings > Integrations section to connect additional accounts. Keep in mind that each account will need its own setup, but we're here to help you through the process!
While you can connect multiple stores or accounts, please note that you can only personalize Ship.com for one business. If your accounts have different business names then we recommend that you sign up for multiple Ship.com accounts.
When does a Squarespace order import?
Once your product is sold and it's time for fulfillment, the order will import immediately into Ship.com. The system will also look for new orders every time you log into Ship.com. For even more control, you have the option to manually sync by clicking the Sync button on your orders page. We've got you covered no matter when your order sells!
When does Ship.com update the order within Squarespace?
Once an order's shipping has been arranged and paid for, we'll make sure to transmit the tracking information directly to Squarespace. This includes both the tracking number and the shipping type. If there's a situation where you need to cancel or re-purchase a shipping label, no worries – any changes to the tracking number will be automatically updated on Squarespace as well. It's all about keeping things seamless for you!
Will there be any additional charges for connecting Squarespace to Ship.com?
You're in the clear! Linking your Squarespace and Ship.com accounts won't add any extra fees. Just remember, if you decide to upgrade your account with additional features, that's when charges might come into play. It's all about choice and flexibility!
