How does Ship.com sync with my Shopify store?

Do I need to sign up with Ship.com before I can link my account?

No, you can add Ship.com to your Shopify store first, and during the process, you will be prompted to create an account if you add Ship.com through the App store.

Can I sync multiple Shopify stores to Ship.com?

When does Shopify import an order?

Shopify orders are imported into Ship.com after they have been marked as paid through the Shopify store. Once an order is marked as paid, it will automatically appear on your Orders Dashboard.

When does Ship.com update the order within Shopify?

Ship.com updates the order within Shopify once it has been marked as "In Transit" within Ship.com. You can access the tracking information from your Shopify account at that point.

Can I send tracking emails through Shopify?

Currently, you can only send tracking emails through Ship.com.

Will there be any additional charges for connecting Shopify to Ship.com?

No, there are no additional fees for linking your Shopify and Ship.com accounts. If you have Legacy or Affiliate pricing, that pricing will be honored through the Shopify store.
