NOTE: Only orders that have their invoice information properly set will be imported into Ship.com
While creating a new invoice on PayPal, please select the customer dropdown and then click in "Create new customer"
Click on "Customer details"
Fill out the required information for both "Customer info" and "Address" and click save
Your "Preview" should have the necessary shipping information for the order to be imported into Ship.com
Note that if you already are using an existing customer without any billing or shipping information, make sure to edit it to add the necessary fields.
