To automatically sync your new orders with Ship.com, you can easily do so by editing your Pure Sale settings and copying us on all your Pure Sale invoices.
Please note that currently, we do not support orders entered into the Consultant Online Office (COO). Additionally, orders placed through your personal Pure Romance website will not appear in Ship.com.
If you don't use Pure Sale for managing your orders, you can explore alternative options such as setting up Square or PayPal integration to import your orders.
