There are two ways to utilize our email marketing features if you are subscribed to our Growth or Executive plan.
Sending Emails through the Order Page
- Locate the customer's order you would like to reach out to
- Click on the three dot menu to the right of the order
- Select the "Send Email" option from the drop-down menu
- Use the Email editor to either select a template or customize your own message!
Sending Emails through the Customer Page
- Use the search bar to locate the customer you would like to send an email
- Click the button "Contact" to the right of the order
- The same email editor pictured above will appear. Either utilize one of our templates or personalize your own. Either way, remember that you are making meaningful connections that drive results!
