How do I send an email through the Orders and Customers Page?

There are two ways to utilize our email marketing features if you are subscribed to our Growth or Executive plan.

Sending Emails through the Order Page

  • Locate the customer's order you would like to reach out to
  • Click on the three dot menu to the right of the order

  • Select the "Send Email" option from the drop-down menu
  • Use the Email editor to either select a template or customize your own message! 

Sending Emails through the Customer Page

  • Use the search bar to locate the customer you would like to send an email
  • Click the button "Contact" to the right of the order

  • The same email editor pictured above will appear. Either utilize one of our templates or personalize your own. Either way, remember that you are making meaningful connections that drive results!
