Start Shipping with Ship.com
Ship.com lets you import orders, create shipping labels, and track packages all in one place. Follow the steps below to get set up and start shipping.
Set Up Your Account
Before you begin, make sure your account is fully set up:

Choose your subscription plan

Add your payment method

Complete any remaining setup steps on your dashboard
Connect Your Store
If you sell online, connect your store so your orders import automatically.

Go to Settings → Integrations

Select your platform (e.g. Shopify, Etsy, Bomb Party, etc.)

Follow the steps to connect
Once connected, your orders will appear on your Orders page
👉 If you don’t connect a store, you can still create orders manually.
Import or Create Orders
You have three options:
Option A: Automatic Import
- Orders sync automatically from your connected store
Option B: Manual Entry
- Go to the Orders page
- Click Create Order
- Enter your customer’s shipping details
Option C: CSV Upload
- Go to the Orders page
- Click Download CSV Template
- Fill out the template with your order details
- Click 'Upload CSV' to import your orders
Create a Shipping Label
- Go to your Orders page
- Select the order
- Enter:
- Package weight
- Package type
- Package dimensions
- Choose a shipping service (USPS or UPS)
- Click Buy Label
- After purchasing and printing your shipping label, you have the option to either schedule a USPS pickup or locate the nearest UPS drop-off location. You can also Schedule a Pickup
directly on UPS’s website (requires your own UPS account).
Print the Label
- Download and print your label
- Attach it securely to your package
Ship the Package
- Drop off your package with the correct carrier:
- USPS → Post Office
- UPS → UPS location
⚠️ Make sure you use the correct carrier to avoid delays.
Track Your Shipment
- Tracking is automatically generated when you create a label
- You and your customer can track the package in real time
Helpful Tips
- Double-check addresses before purchasing labels to avoid delays or delivery issues
- Make sure your payment method on file has sufficient funds to prevent errors during label creation
- Use accurate package weight and dimensions to avoid additional carrier charges
