Can You Get Coverage? (Spoiler: Probably Yes!)
Your shipment's good to go if:
- You're shipping from anywhere in the US (that's right, anywhere!)
- Your package is worth up to $2,000 when shipping with USPS
- Your package is worth up to $5,000 when shipping with UPS
- Your shipment has tracking (but duh, we always include that!)
How to Add That Sweet Protection 🛡️
- Jump into your Ship.com account and go to your Orders Tab
- Start creating your label by clicking on "New Shipment".
If you've integrated your online store, choose the order you like and click on "Buy shipping label" instead, as all the order information is already in our system. - Tell us what awesome stuff you're shipping and its value (only for New Shipment).
- If you have One-Click Purchase enabled, look for the "Insurance" section under the “Additional Options” section on the label creation page.
Hint: You can buy insurance for the contents or the shipping cost itself.
5. Hit that checkbox and boom – you're protected! ✅
If you have One-Click Purchase turned Off, you'll find insurance at the Checkout page after clicking on your preferred shipping option.
Note how the price of the label changes once you add insurance.
