Ship.com offers a simple email marketing tool to help you keep in touch with your customers. Just visit the Connect page located on the left navigation bar. You can access these features through your desktop or mobile browser, but we recommend using a laptop when sending an email.
Access to these email marketing features depends on your subscription tier. If you are a Starter subscriber, I regret to inform you that you won't have access to any of our email marketing tools.
IF you are a Growth subscriber, you shall have access to our One-Off Email Marketing tools through the Order and Customer pages. If you are an Executive subscriber, you have the privilege to access all of our email marketing tools.
