How do I ship when my order is stuck on "Waiting for Payment"?!

If you are ready to send off your customer's package but find the status be stuck at "Waiting for payment," then no worries! Start by clicking on the three dots to the right side of the order, and a drop-down menu will appear. From there, you can select "Purchase shipping label."
