How do I use Ship.com?

Sign Up For an Account

Anyone can use Ship.com for shipping packages. Our desktop application has been optimized for small business use, but you can still purchase a single label for personal reasons. Go to ship.com/signup to quickly sign up for an account. You will automatically be placed on a 14 day free trial of our Executive subscription. This means you will have full access to our system for free. Choose your subscription when you sign up to ensure you're on the right plan after your trial is complete.

 

Set Up the Account

After you've signed up, you can now set up your account and start shipping! You’ll be able to see a postage quote immediately through our quote tool, but will need to go to your Settings to input your shipping address and credit card information before you can purchase postage. Before you can ship your package you need to understand what postage options we offer and how to properly ship your package. We offer a variety of postage options through both the USPS and UPS. Purchase & Ship

It's quick and easy to purchase postage through our system. Learn about how to format your labels, how to pay for postage, and printing your labels through these helpful tutorials. Once you have purchased and printed your shipping label you can either get USPS to pick up your package or find your nearest UPS drop off location.
