Learn the three quick and easy ways to import your ETSY orders for easier shipping and order management.
Integrate your ETSY store directly
We highly recommend that you use this method when importing your orders from your ETSY store. While you can still automatically and manually import orders through email, we will no longer be supporting this type of order importing in 2024.
When integrating your store, you will be prompted to link your platform when you sign up for a new account. Just click on the ETSY button to be shown the directions on how to import your orders. From there, you can click to 'Connect with ETSY' and then sign into your ETSY store. Voila! That's all you need to do to get your orders to start importing into Ship.com.
Existing users can go to Settings > Integrations which will allow you to 'Connect a Store'.
Automatic Email Order Importing
You can also import your orders by automatically forwarding your emails into our system. When importing orders this way, you'll need to set up a filter to forward emails to your Ship.com account. Just choose your email provider below to find specific directions on how to forward. This type of importing will be discontinued in 2024.
Please note that if you have any existing orders that you want to see reflected in your Dashboard, you'll need to manually forward those to your system.

Manual Email Order Importing
To manually forward orders, locate the paid receipts in your email and forward them to your designated Ship.com Forwarding Address. Once this step is completed, the orders will be processed by Ship.com, and you can expect them to appear in your Ship.com account within a few minutes.
