Square Automatic Email Forwarding Tutorial's for Gmail, Outlook Web App, Outlook Desktop App
You can easily sync your new orders from Square with your Ship.com desktop app using our secure email forwarding process. To begin, simply select one of the buttons below. Once you've completed these steps, any new paid invoices will be automatically forwarded to your Ship.com Orders Dashboard.
Get started with a Gmail account:
Get started with an Outlook, Live, Hotmail, or MSN account:
- Enable automatic forwarding from Outlook Web App
- Enable automatic forwarding from Outlook Desktop App
For manual forwarding: If you have any current orders that you want to appear in your Dashboard, you'll need to manually forward them to our system. To do this, locate the corresponding paid receipts in your email and forward them to your Ship.com Forwarding Address. Once completed, these orders will be visible in your Ship.com account within a few minutes.
